BICSI IN101: Installer 1® Training
IN101 Overview
The IN101 course is the entry-level program in the BICSI Installation Program. It equips participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills to function as part of a structured cabling installation team. Emphasis is placed on safe work practices, basic copper installation, cable termination, and introductory testing procedures.
Hands-On Training Includes:
- Basic cable pulling, routing, and termination practices
- Introduction to copper cabling standards and testing
- Identifying pathways, spaces, and installation requirements
- Applying industry safety procedures in the field
